Important Notes:

• There is a $15 fee for account downgrades.
• There will be a charge of $0.01/MB data transfer used in excess of the plan. Addt'l data transfer is available at an advance purchase rate.
• There will be a charge of $0.10/MB for disk space used in excess of the plan. Addt'l disk space is available in blocks of 50 MB ($5.00 per block).
• All accounts require a minimum 3 month contract.
• New Domain Registration fees for one domain name from SiteReserve.com for first 1 year of registration of available .com, .net, .org, .info, .biz, or .us name will be included at no additional cost with the purchase of any hosting account; 1 year free registration is offered to transferring domain if customer elects to do so at time of order. Customer remains responsible for domain registration fees for domain pointers or other additional domain names.
• Account upgrades are charged by calculating the difference betwen setup fees of the former and latter account.
• Customers may receive a refund before the end of the first 30 days of their account activation.  The refund will consist of all hosting charges paid, minus the setup fee for the account.  This refund policy does not apply to Ecommerce accounts.
• All customers are responsible for the policies outlined in the Customer Contract (Web Agreement).
• Due to changes in CyberCash products by the acquiring company Verisign, there may be restrictions which disallow new customers to use the CyberCash module. For specific details, it may be necessary to consult a Webii Sales staff member or Verisign.

In addition to these great low rates, new domain registration for a .com, .net, .org, .info, .biz, or .us name is free for the first year with purchase of any web hosting service. New domain names will be registered with SiteReserve.com, a division of WebXess, Inc. Customers will be responsible for renewing domain registration services after the initial 1 year period. Customers using a transferring/existing domain name may qualify for 1 year of free registration if selected at time of order. (Customers who opt-in for a free transfer must follow appropriate transfer procedures.) Customers remain responsible for domain registration fees for domain pointers or other additional domain names. In the event of a refund, customer will remain responsible for the cost of domain name registration services provided, at a rate of $17.50 per year. Customers are responsible for domain name registration renewal charges.
