The purpose of the export function is to dump the data from your web mail address book into a file on your local computer for importing into another address book on another email program, such as Microsoft Outlook.
To do this, click on the “OK” link in the “Export” column next to the contact name you wish to export. You will be prompted to Save the file (in .vCard format) to your local computer or to a disk. After you have saved the file, you may use the Import feature of your email program to copy the data into the contact list.
