I upgraded my SoftCart hosting plan. What steps do I need to take to complete the upgrade?

Once you have received confirmation from Webii that your account has been upgraded or downgraded to a different version of SoftCart, you will need to do one of the following:

a) If you are using SoftCart’s Page Generation feature, you should regenerate your store through the Store Manager.

b) If you are using custom templates and not utilizing the Page Generation feature, you will need to manually edit all SoftCart executable links to properly call the new version of SoftCart. If you need assistance with this, please email technical support.
