I would like to change the number of products that are listed per page. How do I do this?

You will need to open the template set configuration file for the template that you are using. In this file there is a line that reads:

MaxProdPerPage x
To change this value, simply replace current value (x) with the maximum number of products that you would like to be displayed per page
