How do I get technical assistance during an emergency?

If you have a technical emergency (if you believe the server is down for example), you may call anytime to (888) 932-9377 x2. If no one is available to answer your call right away, you may leave an “urgent” message by following the voice mail instructions. When your message is marked as “urgent”, all on-call staff are immediately paged to address your issue. When calling, be sure to include your account domain name and contact information in your message.
