Your password will remain the same for your email account when logging in, but please note that your userid is casesensitive, an must have a capitalized “D”.
NOTE: If you are on a Windows-based server, your userid will be the hosting account id, following by a dash, and the email account id. For example, if your userid is: D1000xxx, and your email address is info@mydomainname.com, then your userid for web mail will be: D1000xxx-info
