If you are currently using one of Webii’s E-commerce plans, the following instructions will assist you in customizing the receipt email that your online store customers receive through SoftCart.
The default template for the format of the receipt email is named rcptmail.tpl and is located in: merchant/shopdata/template
Simply download this file using FTP and edit its contents in a text editor, such as Notepad. Feel free to add additional text information that you feel will be useful for your customers. Once you are satisfied with the format, upload the edited file back to your hosting account (in the same location specified above).
