Does WEBii provide free hack cleanup or malware removal?

No. Website security, hack cleanup, and malware removal are the site owner’s responsibility. WEBii hosting plans include security features to help prevent attacks (ModSecurity web application firewall, regular server updates), but cleaning up a compromised site is not included with web hosting.

• Provide professional services to assist with website troubleshooting and cleaning (paid web development or server admin hours)
• Provide Website Maintenance plans that include security monitoring, updates, and
  proactive protection (paid service)
• Help you purchase and install an SSL certificate
