Can I change the ClearCommerce email receipt?

When using the ClearCommerce module with your SoftCart store, an email receipt can be sent for each transaction placed, one to the shopper and one to the merchant. This helps the shopper identify the transaction number and details for the order they submitted.

This email is stored on the ClearCommerce server, rather than the Webii server. ClearCommerce does not offer the ability to customize the look of this email receipt, so only its default appearance is available. However, this email feature can be turned “off” by the merchant, so that shopping customers will not receive any email from the ClearCommerce module. Some merchants choose to do this, so that their customers only receive one email receipt (the order receipt from SoftCart). If you wish to turn the receipt emails off, pleaseĀ email us.
