What is your 30 day money back guarantee policy?
Each of Webii's web hosting plans carries a 30 day money back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with our services within the first 30 days of your contract, you will be given a full refund of the contract amount excluding any setup fees and domain registration charges.
This policy does not apply to our E-Commerce Plans due to the license agreement required by Mercantec for a minimum of 90 days. It also does not apply to any additional services such as overages, disk space, pop accounts, etc. Please read our Customer Contract Agreement in detail.
