What is the User ID or "user name" of my email account?
The "user id" or "username" of your email account is the part before the @ (at) symbol. For example, if your email address were joesmith@yourdomainname.com the userid would be "joesmith".
For most email programs, you will only enter in this beginning portion of the address anywhere that it asks for "email user id" or "email username".
