I am using a template to format my order delivery and when I download my order I receive the message "Credit Card Was Approved" where the credit card number should be. How do I do this?
If you are using a credit card authorization program (e.g. CyberCash) then SoftCart will not pass the credit card number to any back end application. You will need to add the settlement program to receive your credit card information (if necessary).
