How do I access my Web Mail interface (for web-based email)?
Your webmail url is: http://webmail.yourdomain For example, if your domain name is “mywebsite.com”, your web mail address will be: http://webmail.mywebsite.com
Your password will remain the same for your email account when logging in, but please note that your userid is casesensitive, an must have a capitalized "D".
NOTE: If you are on a Windows-based server, your userid will be the hosting account id, following by a dash, and the email account id. For example, if your userid is: D1000xxx, and your email address is info@mydomainname.com, then your userid for web mail will be:
D1000xxx-info
Or, login to your Control Panel and click on the “Access Web Mail” button.
