How do I make a payment to my account?

If you wish to make a payment by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), you may submit the card number, expiration date, and card holder name in one of the following ways:

• By voice at (888)932-9377 or (512)241-1777;
• By fax to (512) 241-1773;
• By secure online form at: https://www.webii.net/make-payment.html

To submit payment by check, you may either:

• Fax the check to 512-241-1773 (click here for instructions); or
• Mail the check to:
  8900 Business Park Drive, Suite 100
  Austin, Texas 78759

Please inform us of any changes to your payment information as soon as possible to avoid charges to the incorrect credit card or checking account. Email accounting@webii.net about these changes or with any questions you have about billing.
