Mercantec's exclusive Merchant Connection website* offers merchants additional tools, such as web-based resources and marketing aids to enhance their online business. Included in Merchant Connection are:

• Merchant Resource Center:
  Everything merchants need to know about opening an online store, from planning tips to site promotion.
• Merchant Business Solutions:
  An offering of business solutions, not only from Mercantec service providers, but also outsourced services.
• Merchant Support Center:
  A special section of Merchant Connection dedicated to the submission of support or product enhancement requests. All requests are sent directly to the merchants' ISPs.
• Merchant Payment Center:
  Merchant Payment Center consolidates and automates the tasks of establishing a new merchant bank account and accessing an Internet payment gateway to accept and authorize online credit card transactions.
